Hi All, i haven't been on here for a while.
I am posting to say that my lovely, kind dad, died two weeks ago.
For those of you who remember, when i first started coming on here five years ago, my dad used to come to our house every week to help me with jobs around the house and garden and did the ironing for me.
There are not many benefits of having ra. One of them for me was having my dad coming to the house every Wednesday for eight years until Mike retired and dad became too unwell. He even came every day for two weeks after each of my operations and took me to physio and hand therapy.
During those eight years i got to know my dad better than all the previous forty odd years so the ra was a blessing in disguise.
All the family will really miss my dad, at the funeral we played 'All the way' by Frank Sinatra about someone loving you all the way, well dad certainly did.
